Operating since 1993 from its principal location of Courtenay, B.C. on Vancouver Island, OnDeck has grown to be recognized for its knowledge and the reliability of its products and services.

Operations

Sales - As part of OnDeck's commitment to quality, the company has become an authorized dealer for many top brands. These currently include Compaq, Seanix, and Touch computers as well as Hewlett Packard, Epson, Lexmark and Okidata laser, inkjet and dot-matrix printers.

In addition to computer hardware, OnDeck Systems handles a wide range of software: from popular office and productivity applications to the latest in games and entertainment. OnDeck has also taken steps to secure important software authorizations, such as becoming a Microsoft Authorized Education re-seller.

Rounding out their products, OnDeck stocks numerous computer and printer supplies and is able to special order many hard-to-find items.

A value added part of every sale is the use of OnDeck's knowledgeable staff in helping customers select the correct product for their needs.

Technical Services - From software troubleshooting to computer and printer repairs and upgrades, OnDeck's team of skilled technicians is relied upon for its expertise.

OnDeck's level of technical excellence is reflected in the granting of service authorizations for many of the brands they sell. These authorizations currently include Compaq, Seanix, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Epson, Okidata, Cisco, Citrix and Fujitsu.

OnDeck's service department has also been chosen to handle contract work for national computer service companies.
