Chad T. Dyar

Chad is currently the Director of Sales Enablement Strategy and Performance Management (world’s longest title) at OnDeck. Chad has spent over 20 years finding the balance between performing as an Opera and Musical Theater professional (who also works to support the arts) and as a communications focused Sales, Enablement, and Revenue Operations professional. Chad is a Lean Six Sigma black belt. He is the author of "How To Talk To Humans" and has focused his career on building and developing growth-focused sales teams and an active network of “Get Stuff Done” leaders who believe that iron sharpens iron. Chad started the NYC Sales Operations Meetup bringing together sales and operations leaders from across the country to share best practices and experiential knowledge on all things sales, enablement, and operations. The most important thing to Chad is being a life-long learner. “Learn it til you earn it!”
