It was inspiring to hear these words from recent customer David Duran from El Camion Cantina when we visited last week, continuing our tradition of supporting local businesses (like Dirty Bird To-Go and Waterfront Wines).
Amidst sampling the margaritas and fish tacos, we stole a few moments of the very busy owner David Duran’s time to ask about his experience as a New York City restaurant owner. After spending three years building his brand and clientele, David needed to upgrade his kitchen equipment and install a new air conditioning unit – without disrupting cash flow.
